Latin America's Lithium Triangle and the Future of the Green Economy

Lithium is a key metal for rechargeable batteries used in consumer electronics, electric vehicles and energy storage. A green energy transition will require secure supplies of lithium, of which 60% is located in South America’s Lithium Triangle. In this video, we explore the challenges and opportunities that confront the region in extracting and developing of this metal, as well as how the sector is adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic.
