In this edition of Wilson Center NOW, we are joined by Robert Litwak, Senior Vice President for Scholars and Director of International Security Studies.  He discusses his recent article, “Geostrategic Competition and Climate Change: Avoiding the Unmanageable.” Litwak argues the nexus between geostrategic competition and climate change must be understood and integrated in policy if the twin threats are to be averted.
