WASHINGTON— The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) signed a Memo of Understanding (MOU) which will create new educational research and internship opportunities for students and recent graduates in the field of Public Policy.

“The Wilson Center is proud to launch this partnership and expand the diversity of voices and views in the foreign policy space, an effort that can only improve US national security,“ said Wilson Center President and CEO Ambassador Mark Green. “We are thrilled to collaborate with CHLI to increase the opportunities for students and recent graduates to work with our scholars and experts on the non-partisan analysis so many inside and outside Washington look to us to provide.”

“It is an honor for CHLI to coordinate efforts with the Wilson Center, a deeply respected institution led by a statesman, my friend and former House colleague, Ambassador Mark Green,” said The Honorable Lincoln Diaz-Balart, CHLI Founder and Chairman.

The internship program will be semester based and eight weeks long. Information for interested students and recent graduates will be available soon on the Wilson Center website.
